Our Installation Process

We’ll use an initial site visit to plan out the installation method and see which vehicles are required. From here, we’ll quickly delivery the modular building and our modular construction installation team will install your portable building, quickly and safely.

We use professionals and specialists throughout every stage of design, manufacturing and installation so we can ensure your modular arrives on time and is installed with care.

One of our main priorities is ensuring your solution is delivered and installed in the most cost-effective manner. A great example of this was our installation of portable twin classrooms for North Kesteven School. After carrying out a full site survey, we found the remains of foundations from a previous building. Our specialist team used these existing foundations to minimise the cost of installation for the client. You can rely on us to be honest and offer the most cost-effective solution for you.

We also take health and safety as paramount. After a full site survey, we’ll submit a health and safety pack for approval before commencing any site work. This means there’s no need to worry about health and safety as we have the specialists and experience to ensure maximum safety throughout the installation process.
